This recipe from Ehow is really good. I make these at least once a week. I usually add a little bit of water because they come out really thick if I don't and I like my waffles a bit on the crispy side. I have also made and refrigerated them before then reheated them in the toaster. Works really well! :)

Wow. I just kind of suck!
Obviously, it has been way too long since I updated my blog. Things got busy. I got discouraged in my search for health answers. I even fell off the gluten free wagon over the holidays, which was pretty much the worst thing I could have done. *sigh Well, I am back with a vengeance. I need this space to cheer, complain and just generally get it all out. So here I am. I am again gluten free, and since I am working on an exam for RCM, I am a more serious songbird. ;)
